Kardos Family Road Trippin’ Adventure

After weeks/months of planning, prepping, cleaning, and organizing we are off! Just a few of those planning details: shop for RVs, find model we like (only 4 new in the whole country!!), book flights to Louisiana ✈️, buy new RV (some chaos while buying it… but it worked out!), 12 day road trip home, shop for aluminum trailer, order from Eagle Trailers, Eagle Trailers burns down 🔥… back to shopping and buy one in Washington at Featherlite Trailers, move half our lives into the RV, empty half our house, book RV sites, plan with Harvest Host locations, have overall route in place, finalize business deals, get plans/agents in place for showings if needed, and even prep and drop off taxes on our way out of town… phew. That was a LOT! Oh and all this with two little wild boys!!! 🤪

Leaving Oregon is bittersweet knowing we won’t be back for 3 months, but we look forward to all our upcoming adventures and memories!! Our trip will first take us from home to Kennewick, Washington to see Ashlee’s family then East from there. We said lots of goodbyes/see ya laters to friends, had a wonderful long weekend with Kevin’s mom, and gave the kitties lots of loves. Thanks to our great friends Matt & Kierstin for moving in while we are gone to watch over our house and fur babies! Peace out Oregon ✌️🚐
